If you have symptoms of any kind ask yourself ‘how do they impact on my life’. If they do impact more than you would wish then ask yourself ‘what can you do about it’?
We put up with those niggling everyday symptoms until eventually they become more of an issue. Don’t just treat the symptoms but find the cause as this is the real root of the healing process. Ask yourself whether you are sensitive to certain foods, if so consider a food intolerance test, maybe there is a gluten or dairy issue? Are you putting mental and physical stress on your body by doing too many hours at work or maybe you are in a poor relationship? Maybe you are taking too many over the counter remedies or have had a few too many courses of antibiotics recently? Are you drinking enough good fluid, do you have low/high stomach acid or would you benefit from digestive enzymes? Do you sleep well? Have you been tested for parasites, bacteria or yeast infections if you feel unwell, especially if you have recently been abroad? There are so many questions we can be asking ourselves in order to find what is at the seat of our discomfort. Be good to yourself and invest a little time in your own health and you will reap the rewards!
