I’m now on day 11 of my 14 day cleanse and feeling lighter in step and feeling cleaner inside and out!
Since my last post i’ve done 3 days of liquid only, days 7-9. On these days you can either juice, have smoothies, liquidise soups or just take the Nutriclear powder alone mixed with water/juice/coconut or almond milk and all you need then is a small hand whisk. I’ve not felt hungry but found a smoothie every 2 or 3 hours kept me going and it also helps to add things like avocado and milled
seeds as they thicken it up so you feel fuller. There’s a recommended 9 scoops of the Nutriclear powder per day on these liquid only days and 3 scoops on your eating days. Along with the powder you take various supplements specially designed to draw these metals and toxins from the body. On each of these liquid days i have also had a colonic to help rid the body of toxins and this helps the liver out by unburdening it that little bit quicker. I’ve also been having 3 detoxing bath per week and skin brushing.
Yesterday I began eating again but still had a smoothie for breakfast. Lunch was quinoa with onions fried in coconut oil with various spices and fresh ginger along with fresh spinach, grated beetroot and carrot, walnuts and chopped almonds topped with olive oil and tamari. What i did find though is that i made too much so half was reserved for dinner, delicious!
There’s a lot of research gone into these cleansing products and as a healthcare professional that is vitally important, i wouldn’t like to ask clients to do anything that i wouldn’t be prepared to do myself.
I have 3 more days before i complete the cleanse and in many ways i will be sad as i have really enjoyed this one, some of my previous detoxes have certainly been a challenge! I will be offering this at my clinic and full details will be on my webpage soon.
