Are you suffering from digestive symptoms?
This may include constipation, Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS), diarrhoea, acid reflux, haemorrhoids, bloating, excess gas or just general abdominal discomfort.
You may have used laxatives, various over the counter medications, been to the GP or even altered your diet. None of us like
discomfort so we try to heal ourselves. In the UK we have an epidemic of digestive complaints with IBS among the highest.
When a colon is not ‘releasing’ at least once a day it’s hanging onto waste products it was designed to expel and these toxins pollute every tissue and cell within the body. When this occurs our body tells us by displaying symptoms, and not only gut symptoms, these may include:
• Food sensitivities
• Skin complaints (eczema/acne/dermatitis)
• Excessive tiredness
• Mood irritability
Colonic hydrotherapy releases waste products and impacted matter which is toxic. It exercises colon muscles and smoothes colon kinks which both encourage an easier release generally. As we age many of us develop diverticuli, pockets along the colon which can collect food, and a colonic can rid these pockets of matter discouraging inflammation. It also re-hydrates the colon, again encouraging waste movement.
There are many reasons why we develop symptoms but the digestive system is a key factor in good health. To heal we do need to start from the inside out.
Many would say that we do not require colonic irrigation and that the body does the job it was designed for but the reality is that we are not living in a world where everything is natural. Our food is not organic, our soil is depleted, our water has added chemicals and we live with environmental pollution and stress daily. All this has an impact on our health but given the correct environment the body does heal itself but it needs to be free from as many toxins as possible so defecating daily is the minimum.
The correct fibre for your condition, organic food, plenty of water, exercise, rest, possible food elimination and laughter are the key ingredients to good health.
Remember, the colon is the cesspit of the body so it makes sense to keep this part of the body working efficiently.
