Many would say that we do not require colonic irrigation and that the body does the job it was designed for but the reality is that we are not living in a world where everything is natural. Our food is not organic, our soil is depleted, our water has added chemicals and we live with environmental pollution and stress daily. All this has an impact on our health but given the correct environment the body does heal itself but it needs to be free from as many toxins as possible so defecating daily is the minimum.
